New Live Event: School’s Out

The Sims FreePlay has hosted live crafting events for many years now.

FreePlayers are well-versed in the four iconic workstations that make up these live events: pottery, candle making, jewelry, and glass-blowing. Player Sims work at these stations during live events to craft gargantuan amounts of materials, all of which can be exchanged for a myriad of prizes.

The newest FreePlay live event, arriving in game on September 3rd, 2020, will encourage FreePlayers to join the crafting race to earn school-themed prizes. Some of these prizes include: crisp, brightly-colored signs, wooden student desks, inconspicuous wall clocks, podiums, and much more.

The event guides the player through different levels of prizes. The player can claim the prizes by exchanging given numbers of candles, glassware, jewelry, pottery, and constructor coins.

Simmers who are able to earn all prize packs will enjoy the grand prize: a school campus, fully furnished. Of course, it is not expected for most Simmers to complete this task on their first go. Like other live events, this event will return, saving player progress until the player wins the final prize.
