The Story.              

“Rayne Goodman and her daughter Anita have recently inherited a Victorian manor house after the death of a long lost relative. The house and grounds have been abandoned for 30 years and are in desperate need of renovation. They need your help!”

The Details.             

- place on 40x30 lot or larger
- pack restricted (see last image)
- renovate the exterior and interior in a style of your choice
- no budget
- upload to the gallery (Instagram is optional, but I would love to see them and share them on here!)

Do's                        

- tidy up the garden
- change the wallpapers, flooring, windows, doors, fencing, columns, stairs, roofing, terrain paint etc.
- add water (optional)
- keep the gazebo
- change the roofing and floorplan (optional)
- [EDIT] you can use platforms for the interior

Don'ts.                         

- change the exterior shell
- change wall heights
- change foundation heights
- create a basement
- change the decks and balconies
- remove the gazebo
- use packs other than those listed
- use CC (debug, red shelf and TOOL mod are allowed)
