Sims FreePlay Devs Hint a Big Apple Update

As the Rustic Wedding and Art Deco events draw to a close, FreePlay developers have begun hinting at the next game-changing update.

Late Wednesday evening, the official Sims FreePlay Twitter account tweeted a photo of a stylishly dressed Sim lounging on a contemporary sofa with an industrial, loft-style dining table un the background. The accompanying caption included emoji that represented the unmistakable icons of New York City— the Statue of Liberty and an apple (suggesting the Big Apple.)

This image came on the heels of another teaser: a tweet showing a contemporary wooden coffee table, the legs of the loft sofa, a corner of an industrial bookshelf.

Upon the coffee table was a new plant, fresh table plant options, and other table decor options.

If this were not enough, SimGuruPenny also tweeted a picture of her SimSelf perched on a comfortable sofa alongside a handsome man. Behind their heads were wall lights, arranged above the sofa, a position which is currently impossible in FreePlay.

Will the next update include fresh loft style furniture and new decorative abilities?
