It was another quiet week in Sims Mobile land. As Simmers around the globe build new eco-friendly homes and work their fingers to the bone in Knox's EcoWorkshop, there has been little to no movement as far as Sims Mobile news. However, don't be dismayed. As July is ending quickly, and we are due for another slew of updates and events. Stay on the lookout for news about a brand new Sweet Treats, next month's Wumples, and maybe even another grand gameplay update further down the line. Even so, the last week of July does bring an event to which Simmers can look forward. Wumples returns in-game with a new gamut of shifts, events, and bouts of intensive handwashing in order to bring players two new CAS items. The first is a unisex snapback cap, and the other item is a pair of super short shorts, imprinted with floral decollage. These shorts are only for male Sims. At the SIms Nation, we focus on Sims and storytelling, mainly because I, one of the admins, love to storytell.
I have a Sim named Alaeryn, who is also very often my online persona: it's how you can find me on Twitter, Instagram, and a whole host of other social media platforms. This is because for the past decade I built a world around him and a ragtag team of revolutionaries in my debut novel, "The Reaching." If you're a fan of fantasy, a fan of strong black leads, a fan of stories that involve the underdog overthrowing the powers that be, you'll love The Reaching, a high fantasy novel that follows the tribulations of Alaeryn Emlu'rathian. After breaking with his elven tribe and assimilating into the West culture of humans, Alaeryn uncovers their brutality, the injustice of the world around him, and the monstrous divine gift that lurks inside him. Join him as he and his friends topple the very patriarchal system that has oppressed people around Avaria for ages. Find it now on Amazon, and thank you. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DC5GCQS
