The Sims 4 Free Kit for Long time Simmers

In a delightful news drop via the official sims account on Twitter, we have learned that the team is granting long time Simmers a free copy of the  Desert Luxe Kit.

This kit can be redeemed on the main login screen to the game starting on September 14th.

Anyone who owned the copy of the original Sims 4 game before September 14th can redeem their free copy up until October 18th.

To our longtime Simmers!

Not without our glitches

Some players from around the world were excited to get this free kit on launch day only to discover that the redeem code did not work (see tweet below from long time Simmer DottyDot89) 

This error took place according to EA Help due to release date/time differences across the world and assured player that this issue would be repaired
